Church of All Saints // Florence, Italy

Description

This is another image from the top of The Westin Excelsior hotel taken during our trip to Florence in December 2018. This photograph was taken 30-60 min after the one of Florence Cathedral and it shows the difference changing lighting conditions can make. Here the terracotta roofs are dull red, while in the other image they were more bright orange. That’s the Chiesa di San Salvatore in Ognissanti (or Church of All Saints) built in the Baroque-style. Think the façade and colonnade of St. Peter’s Basilica are prime examples.
