Varenna, which is on the eastern side of the lake. Getting around by ferry sure is the easiest way to see the sights, especially when the 15 min ferry trip would have taken about an hour and a half in the car. Did you know it takes about 3 hours to drive around the lake and you wouldn't see too much if you did that. The yellow building is the Hotel Olivedo built in 1896. Look at those snow capped mountains in the background, sweet.
